The Michael J Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s disease selected and funded the DeFOG project, where we collaborate with the Center for the Study of Movement Cognition, and Mobility, of Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center and the Department of Rehabilitation Sciences at the University of Leuven (KU Leuven).
We are developing the DeFOG system, which is a smartphone-based wearable system that delivers personalized cueing (a type of prompt) to assist Parkinson’s patients with freezing of gait.

We are proud to promote the first international scientific consensus meeting on “Rehabilitation in Parkinson’s disease: current practice, technology, and innovation”.
During this event, covering the most innovative and effective methods for rehabilitation in Parkinson’s disease, clinical experts from all over Europe will gather in Bologna on May 11th and 12th.
mHealth Technologies will present Gait Tutor: the virtual trainer on this event.
